Service Description
Ready to take your sewing skills further but don't fancy making clothing? Refine your skills and build confidence while creating a beautifully finished oversized tote bag, rucksack or weekend/overnight bag. This session is suitable for a confident beginner who wants to build on existing skills and tackle new techniques with support and guidance. If you’re not familiar with the basics of using a sewing machine and cutting fabric using a paper pattern, I recommend taking my Intro to Sewing workshop first. What’s included? -A day or two of 1:1 dedicated teaching. -Use of studio sewing machines and other equipment. -Paper pattern and instructions. -All fabric, hardware and notions. -A range of sewing techniques to help take your sewing to the next level. -Sweet treats and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Best quality oilskin fabric and hardware is supplied for these sessions - you'll have the chance to choose your colours in advance. Duration and prices: -Oversized tote - 1 day/6 hours - £240 -Weekender bag - 2 days/10 hours - £320 -Rucksack - 2 days/10hours - £340 This session is available on request. Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend a session you've booked, please let me know as far in advance as possible and I'll offer you a refund of 75% of the price you paid. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice from the start of the session, I cannot offer a refund.
