Starts 10 Jan 2026
240 British pounds

Ready to push your sewing skills further? Level Up is the perfect next step for confident beginners who want to build on existing skills and tackle new techniques with support and guidance. Choose from five carefully curated projects, each designed to strengthen different aspects of your sewing practice - from bagging out a jacket lining to mastering pleats or buttonholes. With expert guidance and a supportive studio environment, you’ll develop your skills while creating a beautifully finished piece that reflects your growing expertise. Pick from one of these projects: -jacket - lining and bagging out -dress - french seams and gathers -shirt/shirt dress - collar, cuffs and buttonholes -loungewear/PJs - working with knit fabrics -rucksack/bag - hardware. What’s included? -Two days of 1:1 dedicated teaching. -Use of studio sewing machines and other equipment. -Paper pattern and instructions. -All notions. -A guide to taking your measurements and finding your size. -A range of sewing techniques to help take your dressmaking to the next level. -Sweet treats and a selection of hot and cold drinks. You'll need to supply your own (pre-washed) fabric, or you you can choose from my small selection of fabrics for an additional cost of £5. This session is suitable for a confident beginner. If you’re not familiar with the basics of using a sewing machine and cutting fabric using a paper pattern, I recommend taking my Intro to Sewing workshop first. This workshop is available as 2x 5h sessions over a Saturday and Sunday. If weekends are no good for you or if you'd prefer to spread the sessions out, get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. *Items may differ from those shown in photos.*
